- The above Lean-To prices include setup within 75 miles of Bedford.
- Customer has option of installing hinged lean-to themselves. Shawnee Structures will credit customer $1,000 if customer chooses to install hinged lean-to.
- Delivery for hinged lean to is $6.00 per mile plus $50 per state for out of state oversize load permits. Please contact us for an exact delivery quote.

Concrete Pillars and Site Work
Shawnee Structures highly recommends 18" concrete pillars underneath main building and post of lean-to. Cost for concrete pillars for a 12' x 30' or less is $1,200 to $1,500 depending on area and condition of site. Sites over 32' long aprox $1,500 to $2,000. |
