Shawnee Structures was established in 1999. A year later a shop was built three miles west of Bedford along Route 30. We specialize in building quality structures to fill the needs of home owners, business owners, and others that need quality buildings.

Business Philosophy

Our goal has always been to build quality buildings at affordable prices rather than to build the cheapest buildings. We do attempt to have competitive prices but our primary focus is quality construction in our buildings.

Family Business

Shawnee Structures is a family owned business. Daryl and Rose Weaver formerly of Berks County, PA relocated to Bedford County in 2003. Daryl became involved in Shawnee Structures in 2007. You will find him in the shop, in the office, or delivering a building. His wife, Rose, enjoys color coordinating and photography of the buildings. Being the parents of 6, it is likely that you will see children around Shawnee Structures.

Personalized Service

Shawnee Structures is a small business which allows us to give personalized service. We currently have ten people working in our company. Our small size also gives us more control over our quality. We build the storage sheds, mini barns, camping cabins, and garages right here in our shop.

Warranty

At Shawnee Structures we guarantee our sheds and garages for 2 years against defective workmanship to the original owner. Some restrictions apply.

We believe that taking care of our customers is the best form of advertisement. We make an effort to make sure that all of our customers are happy to the best of our abilities.

Some materials have a limited warranty by the manufacture. Our shingles have a 30 year manufactures warranty. Our LP Smart Siding (sometimes called T-1-11) also has a 50 year manufactures warranty.

Expert Deliveries

Shawnee Structures has very experienced drivers. We have special custom built trailers to deliver buildings exactly were you want them. Our drivers work hard to place buildings right were you want them. They deliver buildings every day and can deliver into tight places.
