Main price is for completed cabin with insulation, electrical wiring, finished T&G pine interior, T&G pine floor, bathroom including plumbing, kitchen and interior walls shown on plan.
Base price is building shell with no interior, customer will install electric, plumbing, insulation, walls, floors, bathroom, kitchen, etc.
