- Base price is studded interior with no improvements on interior
- 30 year architectural shingles
Regular Roof for 12' x 14' Wide Log Camping Cabins
Features Include
- 6' porch with round log railing
- Choice of wood entrance door or insulated steel door
- 24" x 36" aluminum single hung vertical sliding windows with poly baton shutters
Construction Details Floor
- 4 x 4 pressure treated skids
- Pressure treated 2x4 joist 16" on center
- Insulated floor (with insulation package)
- 5/8" plywood sub floor
Construction Details Side Walls
- 2x4 sidewalls 16" on center
- House wrap
- Thermo-ply sheeting
- Double top plate
- 6" T & G log siding with sealer
Double Wide Log Cabin
Option of 2x8 floor joist with no skids so that cabin can be placed on basement or crawl space. (Crane time is additional cost.)
